1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextRevo AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses that subscribe to our AI agent services.

2. Description of Service

NextRevo AI provides AI-powered sales and customer service agents that can:

  • Respond to customer messages via chat, Telegram, and voice
  • Schedule appointments automatically
  • Capture and qualify leads
  • Provide 24/7 automated customer support

The Service is provided "as is" and relies on third-party AI models (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) which may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter ($199/mo), Pro ($399/mo), and Enterprise ($799/mo). All plans require a one-time setup fee of $500.

  • Billing is monthly and recurring unless cancelled
  • Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with 30 days notice
  • The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration begins
  • Conversation limits apply per plan tier

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for AI agent configuration
  • Ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Monitor your AI agent's conversations periodically
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. AI Disclaimer

Our AI agents are powered by artificial intelligence and may not always provide perfect responses. NextRevo AI is not liable for:

  • Inaccurate information provided by the AI agent
  • Missed appointments or scheduling errors
  • Loss of business due to AI response quality
  • Third-party AI service outages

We recommend that clients maintain human oversight of their AI agents and review conversations regularly.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this data processing. You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your AI agent will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period
  • We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months

8. Service Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If within the first 30 days your AI agent does not meaningfully reduce unanswered messages, we will continue to optimize the agent at no additional cost until performance targets are met. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

NextRevo AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
