🛡️ Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If within the first 30 days of your subscription, your AI agent does not meaningfully reduce your unanswered messages, we will:
- Continue optimizing your AI agent at no additional cost
- Provide additional training and configuration adjustments
- Work with you until performance targets are met
If after our best efforts you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee of $500 covers:
- AI agent configuration and personalization
- System prompt engineering for your specific business
- Channel integration setup (WhatsApp, WebChat, Voice)
- Initial testing and quality assurance
The setup fee is non-refundable once agent configuration has begun, as it covers labor and resources already expended. If configuration has not started, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
Monthly Subscription
- First 30 days: Covered by our satisfaction guarantee (see above)
- After 30 days: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
- Annual plans: If you paid for an annual plan, you may request a prorated refund for unused full months remaining.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at billing@nextrevoai.com with your account details
- Include the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to provide necessary business information for agent setup
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to the AI agent's performance (e.g., business closure)
- Exceeding your plan's conversation limits without upgrading
