Refund Policy

🛡️ Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If within the first 30 days of your subscription, your AI agent does not meaningfully reduce your unanswered messages, we will:

  1. Continue optimizing your AI agent at no additional cost
  2. Provide additional training and configuration adjustments
  3. Work with you until performance targets are met

If after our best efforts you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.

Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee of $500 covers:

  • AI agent configuration and personalization
  • System prompt engineering for your specific business
  • Channel integration setup (WhatsApp, WebChat, Voice)
  • Initial testing and quality assurance

The setup fee is non-refundable once agent configuration has begun, as it covers labor and resources already expended. If configuration has not started, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.

Monthly Subscription

  • First 30 days: Covered by our satisfaction guarantee (see above)
  • After 30 days: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Annual plans: If you paid for an annual plan, you may request a prorated refund for unused full months remaining.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at billing@nextrevoai.com with your account details
  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to provide necessary business information for agent setup
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to the AI agent's performance (e.g., business closure)
  • Exceeding your plan's conversation limits without upgrading
